Melissa Snyder

Melissa began her professional life as a television graphic designer in New York City in 1988 working with Viacom, Lifetime Television, Magno Video, Unitel Video, and Miramax Films. She designed her first website in 1997 and is skilled in using Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Photoshop, and the latest content management tools to create highly customized websites to reflect her client's individual needs. Melissa is also the owner of Barleywine Graphics, a design firm specializing in establishing an online presence for nonprofits and artists. She graduated from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro with a BA in Communications.

Stephen Snyder

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in information management, media relations, web content management, and freelance writing, including eight years at Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Medical School before joining USA Solar Stores LLC in 2004 as communications director. He has published five books with Simon & Schuster, HarperCollins, and Gibbs Smith, the most recent of which are New Green Home Solutions (Sept. 2008) and The New Solar Home (fall 2009). Stephen graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a BA in Mass Media Communications.
